Measurement of Consumer Pleasure of Mastercard Users

Subjective: Success of any corporation largely is determined by how well and properly the organization can easily serve the customer. Often perception cannot help a firm to ensure satisfaction among their consumer. Monitoring consumers and fulfilling their very own expectations can easily ensure pleasure. The current paper attempts to critically examine the customer pleasure of the credit-based card users in Bangladesh to guide the companies to determine their missing and ensure pleasure among the consumers.. The research gives the fine detail about the down sides faced by credit card users. Findings are based on the formal interview and data accumulated through questionnaire. Finally, the paper aims to give important information to make the current system of service more beneficial.

The facility was initially introduced in the us in the beginning from the 20th 100 years. A credit card is a great economic tool. It can be more convenient to work with and hold than cash, and they provide valuable consumer protections. Paper money and coin will be risky and burdensome for carrying. One can avoid the toll of finger-counting within this system. Us dollars, Pounds or Taka may be plundered, misplaced or taken. But there is not any such fear for greeting card. The card holder is given a code number called PIN NUMBER (Personal Recognition Number) with no which the card cannot be employed at product sales or providers points where the PIN is needed. Only the owner of the card will be qualified for use it. In case the card is definitely stolen or perhaps lost the clients' traditional bank will concern a fresh card

The mastercard is rectangular and looks just like a phone credit card. It is a layered piece of hard plastic with holograms and reliability features.
