Both poems explain, show illustrations, and evaluate things to their particular loves, but both have diverse attitudes to their lovers. Edmund says noble reasons for his enthusiast, and Bill says callous things about his lover.

In Edmund Spencer's composition, he explains how amazing, wise, and smart she actually is. For example , he admits that how beautiful her eye and lip area are; " If saphyres, loe! Hir eies become saphyres darse; / If rubies, loe! Hir lips be rubies sound. ” He is explaining how profound and amazing of a blue her your-eyes, and how luscious and crimson her lip area are. Then at the end with the poem he says how wise and sensible she is: " But that which fairest can be but couple of behold as well as her mind, adorned with vertues a lot more. ” He loves everything bout this kind of women. The lady lights up his world with everything this lady has. In Bill Shakespeare's composition, he clarifies how everything is better searching than her, how bad her inhale smells, and how she treads when your woman walks. For example , he says coral formations is redder than her lips. Likewise he says, " In some fragrances is there more delight / than in the breath that from my mistress reeks. ” He can saying that perfume smells a lot better than her breath of air, which reeks.
